30 Days of Creativity~Day 21

Overload
How often do you say...."I am so BUSY!"  What is causing the overload?  Where can you "let go" of some of the busy-ness?

Breathe...I am slowing down on sending posts out on time...why?  Did not follow my own routine.  I let the overload win...and my creativity took the hit.  So, back to my planning and schedule that includes "Be Creative".  (the next post will give you the method I use...*sigh*)

Routine

What is it that you keep as part of your day...everyday? What is your routine? Do you ever change it?

Taking 30 Days to be creative...really look at your creativity...supports your daily routine. What have you noticed?

Looking Down

Take some time today to look down at the ground. What do you notice? Do you see patterns? Something remarkable? What grabs your attention?

Observe...create a way to "capture" what you see in your drawings, your knitting, your collage, your photos, your paintings, your writings...
